Basilica Tour

Celebrate Columbus Day on October 11th with a 45-minute Basilica Tour at 1 p.m. at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels, 202 South Union Street, Olean, NY. As you enjoy the colorful foliage of autumn, come and find out about our 145th anniversary of being established as a parish in the Diocese of Buffalo. Designated a basilica by Pope Francis in 2017, we are one of only 89 basilicas in our country. In 2019, we celebrated the centennial of the installation of our Munich-style glass windows, a priceless treasure for the region and beyond. Come and join us for a free tour and please wear a mask.
